Dragon Duathlon was held for the first time in 2016 and instantly became one of the hardest multisport events in the UK, if not the hardest for a single day.
The challenge of going from coast to coast in Wales by bike whilst also taking on the Welsh 3 peaks is not to be underestimated.
For 2017 the event switched direction, starting in Cardiff and finishing in Beaumaris, Anglesey. Participants will complete 300km in total with over 6000m of ascent.
The event is biennial with the next event in 2021 taking a South to North direction.
With added features such as live online GPS tracking it gives supporters back home the unique ability to follow participants in real time. Entries are limited to this unique and supremely challenging event.
