Days to go:
The 2018 event will be based around a similar course to the hugely popular previous events. Lap distance will be approximately 7 kilometres, with solo or relay teams aiming to complete as many laps as possible over the 6 hours.
The unique part of Tide to Tide is a short section on Cefn Sidan beach, where the rock hard sand is extremely fast. The lap will be approximately 50% singletrack, 30% doubletrack or forest roads and 20% beach.
The final hour or so will be in darkness, so at least one member of your team must have lights suitable to ride in the dark. Suitable signs with reflective arrows will be used to ensure you stay on track.
